Service Disruption Affecting AI Assistant

    The disruption was caused by a DNS configuration error introduced by one of our cloud infrastructure providers. Once the vendor identified the issue and applied a fix, our systems successfully reconnected to dependent components and normal operations were restored.

    Our team is reviewing monitoring improvements and alternatives to help prevent similar issues in the future. We appreciate your patience and trust as we continue to strengthen the reliability of the platform.
