We have deployed a fix and are monitoring to ensure it is effective.

We are currently seeing slow responses due to networking issues with one of our databases. We have identified the issue and are implementing a fix.

We identified the root issue to an expired SSL certificate that failed to automatically renew within our infrastructure. Although our monitoring solution detected a change in our infrastructure, it failed to properly alert our staff that the website was unavailable.

We plan to update our infrastructure to make sure certificates update automatically. In addition we are adding additional monitoring to make sure we proactively catch errors with SSL configurations.

We are seeing a full recovery across all services. We will continue to monitor for errors.

We are continuing to work towards remediation. Services have been restored for a majority of users and the fix should be deployed soon to all regions.
